Does anyone know why the emergency landing checklist days use config 2 whereas the dual engine failure checklist says use config 3? Without yellow hydraulics won't this give you the same result anyway? And whilst on the subject, why isn't turning on the yellow electrical pump suggested by Airbus?

Had a query- in case of no joy on the relights, why can’t we start the yellow hydraulic pump after having recovered the normal electrical through the APU? This way we get the Green hyd going through the PTU and effectively have recovered both electrical and hydraulics. Makes it a whole lot easier to fly, configure and land deadstick.
